[BUG] Read tool fails on source files containing extremely long lines

Reading a large Python module failed because two lines in it are very long (embedded data). The model had to read around those lines using offset/limit windows.
Repro: Read a file where a single line is many KB long, without offset/limit.
Expected: the file is readable, with long lines truncated or chunked.
