Bug Description

What's wrong?

In the /plugin "Configure <plugin>" screen, pressing ←/→ on an option that has an options list switches the dialog's top tab bar (Plugins · Discover · Installed · Marketplaces · Errors · Stats) instead of only cycling the option's value. The footer hint says ←/→ to change, so the arrows are expected to change the value, not the tab.

This screen opens automatically right after /plugin install when the plugin's manifest declares userConfig, so every user installing such a plugin runs into it.

What should happen?

While the focus is on a userConfig field with options, ←/→ should cycle that field's value and leave the tab bar alone, as the footer hint promises. Tab switching could stay on Tab/Shift+Tab, or on ←/→ only when the tab row has focus (as 2.1.281 did for /permissions and /usage).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Use a plugin whose plugin.json declares a string userConfig field with options, for example:

``json
"userConfig": {
"mode": {
"type": "string",
"title": "Rail mode",
"description": "off | vertical | horizontal",
"default": "horizontal",
"options": ["off", "vertical", "horizontal"]
}
}
``

A public example is prompt-rail in the oikon48/prompt-rail marketplace.

  1. /plugin marketplace add oikon48/prompt-rail
  2. /plugin install prompt-rail@oikon48
  3. The "Configure prompt-rail" screen opens with "Rail mode ◀ horizontal ▶" focused.
  4. Press ← or →.

Result: the highlighted tab in the top bar moves (e.g. away from Discover). <Say here whether the Rail mode value also changes.>

Is this a regression?

I don't know. 2.1.0 added "left/right arrow key navigation for cycling through tabs in dialogs", and 2.1.281 reworked focus handling in tabbed dialogs. The userConfig option picker in /plugin may not have been excluded from the tab handling.
