[Bug] Config save requires arrow keys instead of Enter on macOS

Bug Description
When I open /config, it says that hit Enter to save, but for some reason on this one mac that I am currently using, enter just goes to the next option, similar to what space does. I have to hit left or right arrow to go to status to save the config changes.
