[Bug] Overly restrictive content classifier blocking legitimate use cases

Bug Description
the primary issue is the classifier, I'm often getting rejected from things I need to do day to day because I presume you're knee jerking due to the openai/aus gov issue when I'm a bit of an unusual case in that I own my own national network - Three times yesterday fable shut me down as 'cyber' error just pasting user ssh issues with no personal content.
