[Feature Request] Overly restrictive safety filtering for legitimate hardware design use cases

Question

**Bug Description**
-I'm designing bench hardware for evaluating my own hardware design resilience to EM pulses. I'm doing this for my own education, and was happily using Fable last week for a whole day, when it suddenly refused to continue due to "cyber". This feels a little silly, as if one wanted to use hardware for such things they could just purchase a commercial product instead of spending months designing their own hardware.
