[Bug] Fable model unavailable: overly restrictive safety filtering for legitimate research use cases

Bug Description
I am unable to engage the Fable model, which returns the message shown below. I am using it for basic research: while the work touches on biology applications, it is strictly limited to statistical methodology development and raises no data-security concerns that differ across models. I hope the Fable model becomes available sooner for contributors working in basic research domains.
