[Bug] Overly aggressive content safeguards blocking legitimate use cases

Bug Description
What broad, over zealous safeguard did I trip. I've voluntarily allow to review my transcripts of what I'm doing. You are flagging on issues that make it impossible to figure out what is the problem, and most of all, it makes Fable worthless if it has a hair trigger on everythig thing.
