[Feature Request] Improve context retention and task comprehension in multi-turn conversations

▎ I asked Claude Code to finish a feature in my app: let fans link their MetaMask wallet from inside the Farcaster app on a phone. My original request, written down in the task file, said my NFTs are in MetaMask.

▎ What Claude did instead:
▎ 1. It split the task and shipped only a server-side security change, then told me to test it on a computer. The feature was always meant for phones.
▎ 2. It asked me which wallet I use, even though the task file already said MetaMask.
▎ 3. When it did build the phone flow, it built a non-standard design that opens a web page inside MetaMask's browser, instead of the normal WalletConnect signature request every other app uses. MetaMask showed the site as "potentially harmful", which made the flow unusable for fans.
▎ 4. It repeatedly acted before I had finished explaining what I wanted.

▎ Result: a whole morning of my time and usage spent on work that had to be reverted (commit 87a60ab). The feature still has to be rebuilt the right way. I'm asking for the usage from this session to be credited back.
