[Bug] Inconsistent Context Retention Across Sessions

Bug Description
Extreme context degredation. First day was fine. 2 days later, chat forgot all the rules of its goal. Had to remind it several times of requirements. Had much easier time creating the one page document in ChatGPT. Inconsistency is alarming and leaves this customer feeling very uneasy about this product
