[Bug] Claude model performance degradation across sessions with high context retention

Bug Description
for some reason claude felt really dumb this session aswell as todays sessions in general. the copy it wrote felt horrible, it wasnt able to remove simple website sections and started implementing the bad copy instead etc. i kept context above 90% and still it felt like it had no clue what was going on. not just in this session but across all sesssions today.
