[Bug] Claude Code: Variable tracking and request retention issues

Bug Description
It is very difficult to be specific with feedback with a toll as hard to predict like Claude. I'm trying anyway: Today, it seems to be lenient in its analysis. It misplaces variables, appears to have short-term memory and to miss out on things I specifically asked for. I know this is very vague, but this is what it is.
