[Bug] Claude model performance degradation: reduced comprehension and instruction following

Bug Description
was claude's brain downgraded recently? Today i ahve to explain stuff super simple for it to get an answer to a problem we already solve as well as it just ignore what i ask and i have to say "i am demanding you to look at the fucntion X..." to get an answer. Something has changed for sure and iwould like some feedback on this.
