Bug Description
Ultracode used 70% of my Max 5x plan in 20 minutes. It spawned 18 Opus 5.5 agents and only 12 finished. I think ultracode should have usage based guardrails, so it can ask the user how many agents are needed for the task or split the review (you are aware of your usage limits, seems like the tool isn't). Otherwise you get stuck for ~5h on a single ultracode attempt. It was my first time testing this feature directly on claude code.
