Bug Description
Claude Code reports the current session as 100% used immediately after
the session reset, but usage statistics show:
- Total cost: $0.0000
- API duration: 0s
- Input tokens: [REDACTED]
- Output tokens: [REDACTED]
- Cache read: 0
- Cache write: 0
- Code changes: 0 lines
The session reset at 8:00 PM America/Bogota. A few minutes later,
Claude Code still refused to process any query. The weekly usage shows
only 12% used. The official status page currently reports Claude Code
as operational.

Reproduction steps:
- Reach the session usage limit.
- Wait for the displayed reset time.
- Start a new session or resume the previous one.
