Bug Description
I hit my 5-hour usage cap on two active sessions about 30 minutes before my 5-hour reset. Here I am about 10 minutes after my 5-hour reset, and the website shows that my usage has reset. Neither of these sessions nor any new sessions in Claude Code are actually reset, and none of them will work, saying that I have hit my session limit.
