You've hit your limit · resets 7pm (America/Los_Angeles)

Bug Description
My weekly limit shows 93% used with reset scheduled for 6:59pm America/Los_Angeles. Current time is 7:35pm PST (past the reset time), but Claude Code is still blocking me due to the weekly limit. The session limit (3% used) should allow usage, but the weekly cap appears stuck. I am on a Pro plan.
