You've hit your session limit · resets 1pm (America/Los_Angeles)

Bug Description
Cannot use free weekly /limit-reset on pro plan.
It is advertised and listed but when I submit the request I get "A session-limit reset isn't available right now." For the record, I have not used it already this week.
