[BUG] Haiku 4.5 displays per-token pricing on pricing inclusive plans (e.g. Pro Max) while other models don't

Preflight Checklist

  • [x] I have searched existing issues and this hasn't been reported yet
  • [x] This is a single bug report (please file separate reports for different bugs)
  • [x] I am using the latest version of Claude Code

What's Wrong?

In the model selector UI, the Haiku model displays per-token pricing information ("$1/$5 per Mtok") despite being on a Pro Max subscription plan. This pricing information does not appear for other models (Sonnet 4.5 and Opus) in the same selector because the price paid for the subscription is inclusive of usage.

What Should Happen?

On a Pro Max subscription plan, the model selector shouldn't showing pricing information

Error Messages/Logs

No error messages - this is a UI/display issue.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have an active Claude Code Pro Max subscription plan
  2. Launch Claude Code
  3. Open the model selector (appears to be accessible via a menu or command)
  4. Observe the model list:
  • Sonnet 4.5: Shows "Smartest model for daily use" - no pricing
  • Opus: Shows "Legacy: Opus 4.1 · Reaches usage limits faster" - no pricing
  • Haiku: Shows "Haiku 4.5 for simple tasks · $1/$5 per Mtok" - pricing displayed

Expected Result: All models should have consistent pricing display (preferably none on Pro Max)
Actual Result: Only Haiku shows per-token pricing
