[Bug] Claude Code displays Pro plan after upgrade to Max 5x

Bug Description
I initially subscribed to the Pro plan and logged into Claude Code, where it correctly showed my subscription as Pro. However, after I upgraded to the Max 5x plan, Claude Code continues to display my tier as Pro. The usage limits and actual quota reflect the upgrade correctly; it’s just the displayed plan name that is still stuck on Pro.
