[Bug] Disproportionate session usage consumption compared to weekly usage limits

Bug Description
Hello, this morning i ran a workflow for a pr review that i've been doing consistently for a few weeks. I know the weekly limits are less, and i fully expected the weekly usage to reflect that. 17% i think was the figure? previously, this workflow on a pr of this size would've been maybe 30% of my session usage, and maybe 3-4% of my weekly (off the top of my head, not measured). Currently, it is reaching the close on the workflow, and my 5h session usage is at 95%, with 3h remaining, while my Weekly is at 12% with 6d remaining. This doesn't seem in line with the expected increase. So i am concerned that there's a measurement bug or something else causing this spike, and i assume i'm not the only person affected by this. Just adding my data point to the mix too.
