[Feature Request] Rate limiting feedback: Sonnet token consumption appears disproportionate to query complexity

Bug Description
2 queries in sonnet on my 5x pro and I am already at 13% for my current session. 2% for my weekly limit. There was no MCP calls, Most of it would be intake tokens. That means with sonnet, I will get about 15 queries before getting stopped for this 5 hour session. (i am trying to give you guys feedback as you still can't figure out why everyone is feeling like limits are rough)
