[Bug][cyber] False positive trigger during open-source MSP software codebase rebuild (req_011CevbfxJRk4RaKPDKULFiC)
Triage: kind cyber · domain general · flagging model Opus 4.8 · severity session-halted (blocked authorized work) · reproducible: yes — server-side via the Request ID(s) below
Type: Cybersecurity safety-filter false positive · Work domain (heuristic): general
Why this is a false positive
The cyber safeguard triggered on a frustrated exclamation directed at the assistant during a session refactoring an open-source managed service provider codebase. The underlying task deployed subagents to inspect Go packages, collect struct definitions, and assemble a 252-file build tree. The safeguard terminated the session upon receiving the single-word prompt, halting the generation process after writing 67 files.
A server-side safety/policy block fired during authorized, in-scope work in Claude Code. Filing as a false positive. Recurred 1× across 1 session(s); first seen 2026-09-10T23:07:08.460Z.
