With competition in the agentic coding tooling space intensifying, now might be good time to open source the entire thing, build on the momentum you have and propelling it to the next level with community involvement.

At least open sourcing aspects like the IDE extension code would be a good first step so we could fix issues or improve the functionality as a community
The momentum is definitely there, and community involvement could unlock a whole new level of potential.
