Bug Description
A legitimate lupus immunology research request was blocked with
“Details: [bio]” in Claude Code using Opus 5.
The work concerns presentation editing, secondary analysis of public
human single-cell RNA-seq datasets, and conceptual discussion of future
validation experiments.
Please review this as a possible false positive. The linked help article
currently states that Opus 5 does not fall back on biology questions,
which appears inconsistent with the error received.
