[BUG] Broken security_reminder_hook.py plugin persists after reinstall

Error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Issue: The hook file doesn't exist, causing a "can't open file" error that repeats continuously. Problem persists even after uninstalling and reinstalling Claude Code. The plugin keeps trying to recreate the broken hook on every session.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Claude Code
2. Observe error notification about missing security_reminder_hook.py
3. Uninstall Claude Code completely
4. Reinstall Claude Code
5. Error still appears

What Should Happen?

Claude Code should run without continuous errors about missing hook files, and /loop should be interruptible with Ctrl+C

The hook file location doesn't exist, but Claude Code keeps trying to recreate it:
C:\Users\TingYoham\AppData\Roaming\Claude\local-agent-mode-sessions\...\plugin_01YBNfaNwQztYsnUydt8m47G\hooks\security_reminder_hook.py

This persists even after:

• Deleting 9,461 corrupted session files
• Full uninstall/reinstall of Claude Code

The error prevents /loop from being properly interrupted with Ctrl+C.
