What's Wrong?

In the chat sidebar, notification/task messages accumulate over time. Tapping the X button on them does not dismiss or remove them — they keep piling up, which is distracting and clutters the sidebar.

What Should Happen?

Tapping the X button should dismiss the message and remove it from the sidebar list.

Steps to Reproduce

Have a conversation in Claude Code that generates several notification/task messages in the chat sidebar.
Let multiple such messages accumulate over time.
Tap the X button on one of the accumulated messages.
Observe that the message does not disappear from the sidebar.
