What's Wrong?

Title: [BUG] iOS app crashes immediately when tapping New Code Session (regression from June 22 update)

Platform: iOS (iPhone 17 Pro Max)
App version: [check Settings → About]
Plan: Max

What's wrong:
Tapping "New Session" in the Code tab causes the app to crash immediately. Reproducible 100% of the time. Started after today's (June 22, 2026) app update. Previous version worked fine.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Claude iOS app
2. Navigate to Code tab
3. Tap New Session
4. App crashes instantly

Expected: New code session opens
Actual: App crashes to home screen immediately

What Should Happen?

Claude code session on iOS app should open.
