[BUG] Tapping "New Session" in Code mode immediately backgrounds the app on iPhone 13

Describe the bug
Tapping "New Session" in the Code tab instantly sends the Claude app to the background. No external app (e.g. Safari) opens. The app does not crash — it just moves to the background immediately.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Claude app
2. Tap the Code tab
3. Tap "New Session"
4. App immediately moves to background

Expected behavior
A new Code session opens within the app.

Environment

• Device: iPhone 13
• iOS version: 26.5
• Claude app version: 1.260618.0 (27777773659)

Additional context
Reproduced on a completely fresh install after a full iPhone reset. No Safari or other app opens. 100% reproducible.
