What's Wrong?

Repositories do not appear in the Claude Code repo picker (claude.ai/code), despite the Claude GitHub App being installed with access to all repositories. The picker shows "No repositories available."

What Should Happen?

All repositories that the Claude GitHub App has access to should appear in the repository picker.

Steps to Reproduce

Installed the Claude GitHub App at github.com/apps/claude/installations/new with "All repositories" access
Confirmed the app shows as installed under GitHub Settings → Applications
Went to claude.ai/code and opened "Select repository..."
Result: "No repositories available"

Troubleshooting Already Attempted

Reinstalled the Claude GitHub App
Disconnected and reconnected GitHub in Claude.ai → Settings → Connectors
Hard refreshed the page

Hitting this exact issue too. Confirmed:

Claude GitHub App installed with "All repositories" access at github.com/settings/installations
Repository picker at claude.ai/code still shows "No repositories available"
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app fresh — no change
Tried disconnecting/reconnecting GitHub in Claude's own settings — no change

Platform: claude.ai/code (browser), also tested in the Claude desktop app with the same result.

"I'm experiencing the same issue. Steps I took: connected GitHub account on claude.ai/code, installed the Claude GitHub App with 'All repositories' access, confirmed it in GitHub Settings → Installations, uninstalled and reinstalled it fresh (new installation ID), saved, and refreshed claude.ai/code — the repository picker still shows no repositories. Platform: Web (claude.ai/code), Windows, Chrome. GitHub username: juliolorente1988-creator."

I'm experiencing the same issue. Additional detail that might help:

I had this happen after toggling the GitHub App installation from "All repositories" to "Only select repositories" (selecting one repo) and back to "All repositories". Before the toggle, only 1 out of several repos was showing in the picker. After toggling back to "All repositories", even that one repo disappeared, and the GitHub connector itself stopped showing as connected in Claude Code.
