The Claude GitHub App is correctly installed and configured with access to my repository (confirmed at github.com/settings/installations).

What Claude Actually Did

My GitHub repository does not appear in the repository picker on claude.ai/code, showing "No repos match" in the search.

All repositories that the Claude GitHub App has been granted access to should appear in the repository picker.

Fully uninstalled the Claude GitHub App from github.com/settings/installations
Revoked authorization at github.com/settings/apps/authorizations
Disconnected GitHub in Claude.ai Settings → Connectors
Reinstalled the Claude GitHub App fresh via github.com/apps/claude
Reconnected GitHub in Claude.ai settings (shows "Connected")
Waited over an hour after reinstalling — repo still does not appear
Tried in a fresh Claude Code session

Could someone from the team please trigger a backend repository index reset for my GitHub account? This appears to be the same underlying issue reported in similar tickets (e.g. #60493, #57161, #60637).

I'm experiencing the same issue.

My Setup

GitHub username: ilfaitbeau99
Claude GitHub App: installed 2 days ago on my personal account
Repository access: "Only select repositories" → 1 repository selected (zoom-recording-to-youtube-uploader)
Permissions on GitHub side look correct (read/write to code, issues, PRs, etc.)
GitHub connector in Claude app settings: Connected, and the connected account matches ilfaitbeau99
Platform: Claude iOS mobile app (Claude Code)

What I've Tried

Confirmed the repository selection is saved on GitHub (Save button is inactive because the selection is already saved)
Force-quit and restarted the Claude app
Went through the "Connect repository" flow again from inside the app, logged into the correct GitHub account in Safari
Waited 2+ days since installation

This looks identical to the backend repository indexing issue also reported in #61019 and #34523. Could someone from the team please trigger a backend repository index reset for my GitHub account (ilfaitbeau99)? Thank you!

Completed full reinstall today (July 20, 2026):

Uninstalled Claude GitHub App from github.com/settings/installations
- Reinstalled via the "Install the Claude GitHub app" link in the Claude Code repo picker
- - Completed "Install & Authorize" — confirmed redirected to claude.ai/connect/github/callback with setup_action=install
- - - Repository access: All repositories

Repo picker still shows "No repos match" after successful OAuth callback. This appears to be the same backend indexing issue described in this thread.

Same issue here — my personal private repository does not appear in the Claude Code web repo picker.

The Claude GitHub App is installed on my personal account and the repository is confirmed listed under "Repository access" at github.com/settings/installations. Search returns "No repos match", and pasting the repository URL directly also fails to resolve it.

Already tried:

Toggling between "All repositories" and "Only select repositories"
Full uninstall and clean reinstall of the Claude GitHub App
Multiple fresh Claude Code sessions

None of it helped.

Repository: kodjooo/telegram-to-sheets (private)
Claude plan: Max

Symptoms since 2026-07-27:

Claude GitHub App installed with "All repositories" access (verified at github.com/settings/installations), OAuth authorization completed.
claude.ai/code repo picker shows "No repos match" for all my repos.
Creating a cloud routine with a git source via the API fails with 401 "Connect your GitHub account before saving a routine that uses a GitHub repository".
Cloud sessions without a repository fail on start with "An API error occurred".

Already tried: reinstalling the GitHub App, re-authorizing OAuth, waiting several days, fresh sessions. Same as #57161 / #60493.
Could you please trigger a backend repository index reset / re-claim the GitHub installation for my account?

Also hitting this exact issue.

Setup:

Claude org (Team plan) with "Quick setup" (local GitHub credentials for cloud sessions) enabled at the org admin level.
Claude GitHub App installed on my personal GitHub account, "Only select repositories" → my private repo selected and saved (confirmed on github.com/settings/installations).
Went through the full install/reauth flow multiple times, including via the "Install the Claude GitHub App" prompt shown directly in the repo picker.
Repo picker in Claude Desktop still shows "No matching repos", even when searching the exact repo name.
Initially also got "GitHub sync is not available for your organization" before enabling Quick setup at the org level.

Any update on the backend repo index reset mentioned in this thread would be appreciated.
