Bug Report: GitHub repositories not visible in Claude Code repo picker despite app being correctly installed

What Should Happen?

Hi,

I am unable to use Claude Code on the web (claude.ai/code) because my GitHub repositories do not appear in the repository picker.

What I have done:

• Installed the Claude GitHub App on my personal GitHub account (vankata54)
• Set repository access to "All repositories"
• Tried refreshing, logging out and back in, and reinstalling the app
• Tried switching from "All repositories" to specific repos — the settings page is locked and I cannot change it

What happens:

• When I click "+ Select repo..." in Claude Code, it shows "No repos match"
• No repositories appear at all, despite the GitHub app being installed and configured

Expected behavior:
My repositories should appear in the picker so I can start a session.

I have seen this reported by many other users and it appears to be a backend indexing issue on Anthropic's side. Could you please reset the backend repository index for my account?

Search for any repository name
See "No repos match" — no repositories appear

Setup steps already completed:

Went to github.com/apps/claude and installed the Claude GitHub App on personal account (vankata54)
Set repository access to "All repositories"
Tried logging out and back in to Claude
Tried refreshing the page multiple times
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the GitHub app
Attempted to switch to "Only select repositories" — settings are locked and cannot be changed

Result: Repository picker remains empty every time. No repos appear.
Frequency: 100% reproducible — happens every single time.
