[BUG] Opus limit reached shown even if Opus hasnt been used

What's Wrong?

Claude Code 2.0.10 shows that the Opus limit has been reached, even though Opus has not been used at all lately and limits are far off from being reached.

What Should Happen?

Show correct model assigned and no limit issue.
