Claude 5h usage limits hitting in 15 min of usage with simple 3 propmpts. You've hit your session limit · resets 3:40pm (Asia/Kolkata)

Bug Description
My Claude usage is hitting 5h limit within 20 min in just 3 simple prompts. Usage is starting from 14%, then to 50 odd%, 50 to 70%, 70 to 100% . This issue is happening since 3 days, could you please have a look at it and let me know the solution.
