Claude session hit 5h limit in less than 5min even when sonnet 5 model is used. You've hit your session limit · resets 4:30pm (Asia/Kolkata)

Bug Description
Claude session even when using Sonnet 5 model are hitting the 5h limit within 5 min which is ridiculous. I have screenshots of when the session began and it took exactly less than 5 min to hit session limit. Please fix this issue and let me know how to make sure this issue doesnt occur in future. This is impacting my work a lot.
