[Feature Request] Add researcher whitelist for safety evaluation access

Bug Description
It's really hard to even do some safety evals with fable. Can you please add some of the researchers to a white list? ask for ID, pubs or smth. This is ridiculous and will force some of us to move to OpenAI.
