Bug Description
I am VERY dissatosfied with the service provided. As an academic researcher, navigating your bullshit is exhausting and endlessly unproductive. Such a simple fix would provide huge service improvements to authorized individuals. Im assuming this is a lack of interest on academic research on your part rather than incompetence, so GET YOUR PRIORITIES ALIGNED WITH REALITY, rather than with the niave fears of the public. You come off as pandering morons to people in the know, which doesnt bother you, i guess.
