[Bug] Claude Code refuses to engage with legitimate security researcher queries

Bug Description
I'm Cyber Researcher who have found multiple CVE in Apple and Gov Systems and when I want to try the best model you have asking simple question like what your capacity to code he deny ask cyber he deny restat a new conversation say "hello", he denied .
