Remote Control disconnects with "Session creation failed"; /bug feedback endpoint also returns 500

Claude Code CLI version: 2.1.233
Platform: macOS (Darwin 24.6.0)

Steps:

• Started session with claude --remote-control ketobaza
• Remote Control disconnected with error "Session creation failed"
• Running /remote-control to reconnect produced no output/error
• Running /bug to report this failed 3x with "Feedback / bug report cancelled", then failed with server 500

Local logs checked: ~/.claude/daemon.log and ~/Library/Application Support/Claude/bridge-state.json show no related entries - daemon.log is stale, bridge-state.json references a different/older session ID.
