[BUG] API Error: 500

What's Wrong?

Getting this error every prompt sent
API Error: 500 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"api_error","message":"Internal server error"},"request_id":"req_011CXPBvcF9LAFhUJBRr4vXF"}

What Should Happen?

It should say hi when i say hi and not API Error: 500 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"api_error","message":"Internal server error"},"request_id":"req_011CXPBvcF9LAFhUJBRr4vXF"}

Error Messages/Logs

Just prints:"API Error: 500 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"api_error","message":"Internal server error"},"request_id":"req_011CXPBvcF9LAFhUJBRr4vXF"}"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open claude
2. Write Hi
3. Get an error
4. Thats it.

It keeps saying 2.1.17 for version but its still shows 2.1.16 when --version
