[Bug] Model loses context of overarching goal and ignores user critique in favor of immediate execution

Bug Description
1) the model doesn't hold in memory what the overarching goal of what its building, its narrowly focused on the current issue
2) the model is now absolutely TOO eager to build, instead of answering questions - it plainly goes ahead and starts executing, instead of listening to critique and writing a memory it responde and goes straight to building

both are failure modes to be aware of
