[BUG] In VSCode agent, tabs went away in favor of dropdown this is no bueno

What's Wrong?

In VSCode agent, tabs went away in favor of dropdown this is no bueno. Tabs were much easier to track several in process threads without extra clicking around in the dropdown. I hate the dropdown.

What Should Happen?

Bring back the tabbed conversations.
