What's Wrong?

when you have text that spans longer than the visual first fold space in terminal, it triggers infinite scroll.

What Should Happen?

it should simply create another scroll, maybe use a container, so that the text simply exists and it doesnt get an epileptic fit.

Error Messages/Logs

no error logs, sometimes it just breaks and crashes and shuts down.

Steps to Reproduce

paste text that extends beyond the visual first fold context window input space.

Claude Model

Opus

Is this a regression?

No, this never worked

Additional Information

please make this bug open to public to resolve as clearly you guys have not been able to resolve this since the inception. this is almost as annoying as fan buzz. this is getting up there. you might even need to add one of those disclaimers like they do when there are strobe effects in movies. this is definitely not good for mental health :P
