Claude modified files I didn't ask it to modify

What You Asked Claude to Do

I am doing development on a rest API and Claude does a lot of development in JS and SQL, also frontend HTML/CSS

What Claude Actually Did

It forgets a lot more, goes for shortcut. It does not feel right at all. I have restarted my claude code instance use /clear to try to help it just is not sharp at ALL.

Expected Behavior

Just as it was in 2.0.76, do not forget or get confuse so easily and do not go to shortcut that do not fix issue.

Hard to reproduce, but the model is definitely dummer since this afternoon, on all my 3 instances.
