[Bug] Claude ignores explicit user instructions and visual guidance in favor of alternative actions

Bug Description
I kept circling around with claude I kept asking this one thing and it kept doing the other I provided screenshots of what I want directed it to where to look and how to do and yet it still didn't do it and proceeded to do its own thing.
