[Bug] Claude loses context and deletes code unintentionally during task execution

Bug Description
claude code is a very good tool to vibe code, its amazing, and i love it but still sometimes he doesnt does the tasks im assigning him how im telling it to, like he forgets the goal, and he deleted a important part of my code, thankfully i had a backup and didnt happen something bad, but its still there, and im not the only one that this has happened to him, theres people that claude did the exact same thing but didnt have a backup so, project wiped completely
