[Bug] Plan mode selection triggered unintentionally by numbered list input

Bug Description
Every time I try to give bulleted feedback about plan mode by pressing 1., it automatically selects the first option

What I'm trying to write is:

1. Fix this
2. Fix that

What happens instead: Claude goes into edit mode
