[Bug] Mouse clicks in interactive prompts auto-select options unintentionally

Bug Description
i dont know if its related to claude-code or my terminal, but when it asks me something and i click with the mouse on it, it approves what that its on, and move forward. its really annoying - i prefer only keyboard in the terminal.
