Numbered feedback scores conflict with numbered list formatting in responses

Bug Description
Feedback with numbers is conflicting when Claude's response ends with a list of numbered questions.
Example. When Claude ends with four open questions, numbered 1-4,
then I start my answer with 1. Insightful answer starts here ...,
but when a feedback score happens to be open, then I rate the experience with 1 on my first keystroke.
Often i just continue typing and I am to late to cancel the feedback submission.
