[Bug] Feedback prompt misleading when selecting numbered options from Claude's responses

Bug Description
the feedback prompt often pops up when claude has given me options where i just need to respond by picking a numbered option (1,2,3) etc. So many of my past feedback submission are unintentionally wrong - I often choose option 1, and claude's doing a great job, but i inadvertently say he's doing a bad job because of how the feedback response is requested
