[Feature Request] Relax safeguards for legitimate Windows process privilege management use cases

Bug Description

I'm working on a tool to manage virtual machines and windows containers on windows. I need to do some stuff with process privileges to build this thing. Fable keeps triggering safeguards. It's not cybersecurity research it's just system level programming. I would use Opus more but it's actually not that great lately. This has been happening a lot. Are you guys going to do anything about it?

Things like this message feel like throwing a paper airplane into a volcano. Are you doing anything with all these reports?
